Snippets of summer #4

* The Summer * of Lov*e.
A short adult love story by Georgia Little Pea.

I love Atlas.
Atlas loves me.
I love Jack.
That could be a problem because Mana and Tora love him too.
Lucky Walter loves me.
But Walter also loves Diesel.
As for Trudeau, he loves Shadow.
Though he loves Fudge just as much.
Walter and Trudeau prove that retrievers are indeed Very Loving Dogs. [Though maybe not as faithful as everyone believes.]

Pepper loves Shadow.
Pepper loves Jenna.
Pepper proves that littledogs can so get along with bigdogs if they want to.

Ella loves Josie.
Ella proves that bigdogs don't really mind littledogs either, which is rather scary.

Mr Thumper loves possum poop.
He's too old for the other kind of stuff.

That's love for you. It's complicated and Very Deep.

The End.

NEWSFLASH! 5pm.

I think I might be over Atlas.

I'm a coward, I'm just going to read everyone else's comments on this one Georgia! Plus I'm laughing so hard I can't think straight:)

I started out saying "Awwww!" at the pictures of Georgia and Atlas. I ended up saying, "Ohh Noo!" at the pictures of Walter and Trudeau and had to send Honey out of the room because she's too young for that kind of goings on.

What a randy bunch of friends you have there! :)

Do you guys think I should have put an R rating in the title?

We ARE a happy group here [when not being poisoned] and summer days are long. Who knows why The Other Half had so many of these pics in the folder? I HAD to use them somehow! :p

Honey is a retriever. Better keep a tight hold on her. Those sweet faces hide some devilish intentions :)

I think a PG rating should cover it. Doggie love is pure and natural and the pictures are adorable.

Good heaven! It's an orgy at the dog park! Um, Georgia. perhaps that isn't the place for you...

Around here that kind of love is saved for between the boys. After a while I have to just turn the other way. Someone seems to enjoy taking those kind of pictures...

ahhh, the summer of love

Hahahahaha!

Please don't feel idiotic! This is the best post I have read all day. :-)

I love the name Atlas, but I don't love him in that way everyone else seems to... Definitely not!

There are so many things I could say but I am not sure they would be appropriate for a dog blog, so I shall be polite and refrain.

You are awesome.

Oh I HAVE to reply to you, dogsmom - it's often between the boys here too. They have to sort out who's top dog, no pun intended. I know who the someone is who took the pics here. He's called Husband. He's lovely, really :)

Okay, I can see Walter, Trudeau and Pepper (who proves that short guys can still have fun), but Ella? What's up with that? And Georgia, you look WAY too happy in that photo. :)

Jon Farleigh and Dewi think they'd like very much to visit this place where you live - not neary enough summer love in our part of the globe!

Wow, that Walter sure is FULL of love.

Okay, I'm going to stop right there.

Except ... I still think RBT could teach those kids a trick or two.

Okay, really. That's all I'm going to say.

Well, it's late at night for me and I suppose the best time for adult pics (if there is a best time). Looks like you've been to a doggie gang bang - I never have and I don't think I'd be happy seeing Dougie amidst all this! Don't blame Mr T for not getting involved! One less complication, I would have thought. Are you a voyer?!!

georgia little pea said...

@ Juliette - LOL! These pics were NOT taken in one day! The dogs featured are mostly just happy players. I put them together in a STORY! Dougie would have had a ball, I'm sure.

Anyway, you know the doggie hump is very often a stance of domination though we humans tend to view it otherwise. As for being a voyeur...I have to say no one here really freaks out about the dogs doing it. What you don't see are the owners standing around chatting and mostly having a good laugh about it!

Jean said...

Um....Georgia? I hope all those doggies are spayed/neutered. Please tell me it is so.

My girls would agree with Mr. Thumper - there's lots more interesting things to do than humping or being humped. Like eating piggy poop or horse poop at a farm or fresh oysters at the beach.

georgia little pea said...

Dear Jean, no puppies have ever been created out of the mayhem! Perhaps the dogs look more ahem...intense...than they really were :p

Charley and Sadie get to eat oysters off the beach? Talk about living in a fun part of the world!

Hi Georgia, Frankie asked me to tell you that he thinks you're very hot and while he certainly won't love you like Walter does he can do better ... he can show you where the possums are:) Except you have to be able to swim across a river, so you learn to swim properly and then get your Mum to bring you over for a visit! We'd all love to meet you:)

Haha, I started laughing out loud at this! Too funny!

georgia little pea said...

Dear Frankie,

I am very excited you think I'm hot! I am in fact looking for a new boyfriend since I'm a little over Atlas as of 2 days ago and I think Jack may be too shy.

I like possums much better than what Walter does. Walter is wicked. I am NOT that kind of dog at all! I am A Lady.

This river sounds frightening though. If it is wider than about 10 metres, I may have to take the ferry. Or perhaps there's a bridge somewhere I can cross?

Anyway, I just wanted to say THANK YOU Frankie!I was feeling a little down tonight but I feel much better now. Good night :) xox

Blimey!
X-rated or what.
Is that you Australian chaps and chapesses ever think of?
Talk about free-for-all.

Friko said...

To answer your queston: yes, that is where I live. Come and join me for a lot of brilliant free-from-any-lead-whatsoever walks.

georgia little pea said...

@Friko - Lucky Benno. Lucky you too, of course!

Yes, our dogs here aren't too shy, and the owners not particularly squeamish either. In retrospect, this post might have a bit *ahem*... startling?

Wow! Looks all them had a great time in park!
Georgia, you are a lucky girl!
I see that the grass is very green.

Have a pleasant Sunday.
